Kotter's 8-step change model: 

1. Create a sense of urgency - Ask questions - Get involved.

3. Create a vision for change. 
4. Communicate Buy-in
5. Remove obsticles - Processes for structures - Reward people for making change happen/Empower action. 
6. Create short-term wins. 
7. Don't let up. 
8. Make it stick.

Remove obstacles: Effective of celebrating success. About them (followers) rather than you.

In terms of Digital Assignment 2, What did you do last week? Connection Aurasma Exhibition - Shared with Buddy class.  What are you going to do this week? Connection Aurasma Exhibition - Shared with Whanau.  Parent survey as a follow up.  Kids created a Google Form. Links between research and learning in classrooms. Research leaders and Team leaders - Not much difference. Research changes what we do in the classroom.
